A few problems - Scotus passes the buck far too often. They take FOREVER to make ANY decisions and when they do, often they are wrong or incomplete. They also are a dog with no teeth. They have zero power to enforce any decisions they make. For example: the 2A. Clearly it says shall not be infringed and yet Scotus REFUSES to rule accordingly. Instead they keep the money mill rolling.... It is highly unethical for the leftist judges to make rulings in opposition to the constitution with the Bill of Rights overriding anything to the contrary. They frequently IGNORE the 9th amendment. They ALLOW civil asset forfeiture. And many other issues too. I see no ethics issues with flying the flag upside down. This country surely *IS* in distress. DeJoy has been wrecking the USPS since Trump appointed him. His goal is to privatize it.

Unfortunately, DeJoy can only be removed by the USPS Board of Directors, half of them appointed by trump and now the other half by Biden. I believe the board members must represent both major parties equally. But for some reason, Biden has yet to fully replace members who are within his discretion. I've signed numerous petitions urging this to be done asap. It hasn't seemed to have much effect. But I believe President Biden can complete the appointment of his new board members (subject to Senate approval, I think) and urge them to replace DeJoy. This has dragged on for years, during which time the USPS is being run into the ground by DeJoy who claims he's trying to make it profitable and cut the billions in losses from past years. Ah, but the USPS is not a private business and should not have to operate as a fully profitable business since it is a service for all Americans.

My gut tells me Post Master DeJoy is meddling behind the scenes to slow down election mail, AS WELL AS harvesting data (for election mail)…after all, his company XPO Logistics, has a multimillion data contract with the USPS using XPO’s proprietary software. Remember when did Joy trash millions of dollars of coastal equipment? That was so his corporation could come in and use their proprietary software with the new machines, that had to be replaced. DeJoy is diabolical.

As an employee, Dejoy is purposely destroying usps from the inside by numerous strategies. One example is carriers do not even have vehicles to deliver the mail. A few of those vehicles are new but most are broken down old, old vehicles.
